 Today woke up at 5.30am.. needa go japanese garden for Xcountry mah..LOL.. siansian.. didn't run well.. got flu then left ankle got injured also.. but don't care lah.. just run..lol.. but then bad thing is after runnin my ankle damn painful de lor.. haizhaiz.. nevermind bah.. hope nothing goes wrong.. Ohya! ANDES get champ for Xcountry Too!! YEAH! xD
